The Department of Radiology is looking for someone to join our welcoming and hard-working team.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Administrative Assistant serves as the primary administrative support person to the Business Director and the Department Faculty. The Administrative Assistant performs traditional and advanced administrative functions to facilitate the efficient operation of the department and organization. Functions include managing the physician scheduling, managing visiting faculty, maintaining CME records, and other administrative staff as needed by the Department or Faculty. Our Department needs a strong, kind and respectful communicator that enjoys interaction with faculty, staff and trainees.
EDUCATION:
Requires an Associate's Degree in business or secretarial sciences
EXPERIENCE:
Previous employment in an office environment sufficient to demonstrate advanced and seasoned administrative support skills. Incumbents must have the ability to function with a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality and cultural humility and handle a variety of independent assignments with minimal supervision.
