In this role you will:
- Performs general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature receiving
- Receive, log, batch and distribute work
- File, photocopy, and answer phones
- Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to subject matter experts
- Work under close supervision following established procedures
- 6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Lockbox Experience
- Operations Experience
- Ability to adapt with changing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to achieve high production and quality standards.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment.
- Analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- 10-key numerical data entry experience
- Work Schedule Sunday-Thursday from 10pm-630am
- Ability to work additional hours as needed.
