About us
Property management company seeking a detail oriented bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, flexible, good communicator and have experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word, Outlook). Duties include, but are not limited to, helping manage A/R and A/P functions, reconciling several bank accounts, tracking vendor credits and debits, communicating with vendors and sub contractors, keeping Quickbooks up to date and helping with office management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Processing, recording and tracking of rent payments
- Entering transactions into QuickBooks and RealPage
- Maintaining on-time payable schedules for A/R and A/P
- Checking all invoices for accuracy
- Performing Bank Reconciliations
- Managing W-9 and Proof of Insurance forms from sub-contractors and preparing and sending 1099's
- Filing, ordering supplies and other office related duties as needed
Skills
- Minimum 3 years experience Quickbooks
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- English Spanish bilingual (preferred)
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
