Proliance Physical and Hand Therapy, a division of Proliance Surgeons the premiere orthopedic group in the Seattle area, is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and skilled Certified Hand Therapist to join our growing team at our Mountlake Terrace location. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with highly skilled orthopedic hand surgeons who are committed to a team approach of patient care that involves effective and consistent communication with therapists. Hours are Monday through Friday, no nights, no on-call, and no weekends!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, and provides quality patient care
  • Ability to demonstrate superior clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
  • Convey a professional image and attitude
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
  • Working knowledge and ability to apply professional standards of practice in job situations
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with a variety of teams and individuals

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Occupational/Physical therapy degree from an accredited college or university (Required)
  • Current Washington State license (Required)
  • 3 years' experience as a Certified Hand Therapist (Preferred)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and families regarding therapy services in verbal and written form
