Job Summary:
Has ultimate responsibility to see that the agency functions effectively at levels consistent with the highest quality of service delivery in the health care and social services fields. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the implementation of the policies and desires of the Board of Directors. The CEO has responsibility for the day-to-day management of the affairs of the agency.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in a related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum of (10)) years’ experience in senior management roles (CEO, COO OR CFO) of a healthcare related enterprise may be substituted based on determination of the Board of Directors.
Special Training:
A minimum of (5) five years’ experience in one or more of the following areas:
· Administration of a community health organization, a social service agency, or a health care related enterprise.
· Senior managerial positions in community based or non-profit organizations.
Demonstrated Competencies:
· Commitment to the mission of the St. Gabriel Community Health Center, and the knowledge of BPHC principles and guidelines.Job Summary:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,994.99 - $249,631.26 per year
