Job description
Federated Insurance is looking to add multiple new teammates who have a sincere desire to assist others and deliver exception customer service, to join our team as a Client Service Specialist! Your main responsibility will be to provide direct support to customers and sales representatives by fulfilling service requests and advising on insurance coverage and pricing options. To excel in this role, we seek an individual with strong communication skills, the ability to interact positively with customers over the phone and via email, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and prioritization.
Prior experience in insurance is not necessary! You will go through a classroom style training program that begins on August 14, 2023 right at our Owatonna office. The hours during training are 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Hours after training, have flexible start times between 7:00 am and 9:00 am, with the requirement of working until 6:00 p.m. once a week.
The pay for this position is $23.50 per hour.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of a two-year degree or equivalent experience
- Prefer minimum of three years’ work experience in customer service or business
- Ability to work with multiple computer applications, while demonstrating speed, accuracy, and a high attention to detail
- Ability to memorize/recall information quickly
- Proficient typing/data entry skills
