Position Description
Our Food and Beverage program provides our players, fans, and guests with only the highest quality of accommodation and customized service. This position will Work cooperatively with event experience team in the set up and breakdown of events.
The Event Associate is to be a key contributor to the Hospitality team while ensuring all work is consistent with the Sporting Kansas City brand purpose: “We create memories through personalized experiences with our Club.” Sporting Kansas City associates act as representatives the Club at all home matches, engaging with guests and working to create Magic Moments for all fans.

Essential Functions
- Greet customers with energy.
- Calculate the cost of products or services.
- Prepare food items
- Clean Concession area front and back
- Accept credit card payments.
- Answer customer questions about products or services.
- Reconcile sales receipts.
- Report issues with equipment.

Skills and Experience
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be willing to work hours that vary, according to the event schedule.
- Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
