Direct hire | $75K-$85K Annual
Global Heat Exchanger Manufacturing Company near the Tulsa area is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer.
Summary: Facilitates problem solving, identifies waste and improvement opportunities, and leads implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts
Responsibilities:
- Direct, coordinate and evaluate the assembly department
- Complete projects in a timely manner
- Create standard operating procedures to meet business needs
- Implement and audit lean manufacturing process
- Conduct training and assessments as needed
- Recommend updates to policies and procedures as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to improve safety
- Coordinate with other departments to create CI goals
- Ensure CI projects are progressing as expected
Qualifications:
- Ability to supervise 1 - 4 exempt employees
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
