JOB TITLE: Email Marketing Specialist

SUMMARY: Writes and edits email marketing, promotional, and fulfillment materials to meet marketing and internal objectives. Creates and delivers external communication to TPI Advisors, their consumers (on behalf of our advisors), Partners, etc., through email communication.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Heavy focus on email marketing communication
- Collaborates with the VP | Sales and Marketing, Marketing & Events Manager, and Creative Team to ensure messaging is consistent, fresh, and evolves with the brand.
- Works closely with Marketing & Events Manager and internal Teams to create, edit and distribute campaign objectives, promotional, and informational content about TPI offerings and updates.
- Prioritizes and manages multiple projects from conceptualization to production, including but not limited to consulting with client and management to determine scope of project, developing sample copy for approval, interfacing with outside vendors, presenting samples for approval, and preparing final copy for production.
- Collaborates effectively with design team to ensure consistent creative design, graphics/art, and copy to meet project requirements, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
- Analyzes and interprets data to determine appropriate syntax, style, and grammatical usage required for documents.
- Copyedits all final copy to ensure accuracy.
- Helps TPI meet its financial goals by ensuring profit center programs are effectively communicated to Advisors and industry for optimum results.
- Track messaging effectiveness by reviewing analytics and reports information to management while proposing solutions.
- Exceeds company expectations and deadlines by managing time independently.
- Stays up to date with the latest trends in the industry to fully understand the complex needs of various marketing initiatives as it pertains to verbiage.
- To support the continuing education of our advisors and staff, this position may be required to train via one-on-one coaching, classroom style training, on video and/or Facebook Lives. The creation of PowerPoint presentations and written instruction may be required to support these and other efforts.
- May require domestic and/or international travel to complete duties.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of: Possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel and Word, and email marketing platform like Emma.
