We are currently hiring a Equipment Fleet Manager in Winston Salem, NC!

This person will be responsible for balancing the fleet nationally, controlling cost, maintain rental billing, driving communication at all levels of the company, improve customer satisfaction, arrange movement of equipment as need.

Responsibilities:
- Streamline communication at all levels of the company to consistently improve efficiencies
- Track national rental inventory daily to balance the fleet and identify equipment for sales proposals
- Streamline billing for the rental department to ensure strong vendor and customer partnerships
- Track industry trends and look for long term company options or enhancements
- Accountable for timely follow-up with each salesmen to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain all DOT and safety rules and regulations while handling various company projects
- Track all returning lease and rental equipment for possible projects or to pull for sale based on corporate
- Maintain up to 800 customer trailers at your facility including arrival times, check-ins, repairs, annual DOT inspections, possible rentals, and departure times
- Work with the Executive VP of Sales to improve the sales group and grow their annual sales
- Facilitate all sales conference calls including the bi-weekly sales calls and monthly pipeline.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4 yr college degree or equivalent experience
- Industry experience with an emphasis on sales and marketing preferred
- Knowledge of truck spec and applications preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
