Job description
Petty Group is headquartered in Garfield Heights, Ohio with business divisions specializing in Fence, Selective and General Demolition and Site Development. The fence division has completed projects throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The remaining three divisions currently focus on projects in Northeast Ohio. We provide our workforce with the proper tooling and equipment to perform their work safely and efficiently. Safety is paramount! In addition to providing the proper safety equipment, we also provide our workforce with safety training and monitoring on a continuing basis.
Job Responsibilities / Duties
Responsible for all jobsite daily activities including but not limited to:
· Oversee all work crews to ensure the production goals are met
· Ensure work meets or exceeds quality standards
· Responsible to understand Petty Group’s scope of work
· Administer Petty Group’s safety program
· Coordinate with Project Manager and Superintendent as to material, equipment and workforce needs
· Receive all material to the site
· Report all jobsite employee time
· Coordinate activities with Customer and other trades
Job Requirements
· Minimum of 3 years of experience
· Able to read and interpret blue prints and specifications
· Computer skills are a plus
· Good interpersonal skills to manage operators, laborers and communicate with supervisors and customers
· Qualified candidate must be organized, punctual, reliable and should be able to lead by example.
· Foremen are expected to work all necessary overtime
· Traveling is required
· OSHA 30 Hour training (Petty Group offers safety training as well)
