Our team of In-Store Solutions Experts have great passion for technology and connecting customers to products that enhance their everyday lives through exceptional customer support and technical expertise. We sell solutions-based products and services by building authentic connections with customers that drive long-lasting relationships. The In-Store Solutions Expert will work inside a retail store, and be the face of uBreakiFix, delivering award-winning, personalized customer experiences.
We are looking for individuals confident to bet on themselves and earn what they put in.
We are hiring at our 3 uBreakifix locations in Sacramento
Arden - 1537 Howe Ave #120, Sacramento, CA 95825
Citrus Heights - 5500 Sunrise Blvd #300, Citrus Heights, CA 95610
Elk Grove - 9141 E Stockton Blvd Suite 250, Elk Grove, CA 95624
Pay Tier
Training Period (5 weeks) = $17 an hour
Eval will be made after 5 weeks. Either a promotion to tier one or we conclude our business.
Tier 1 - Tech can perform FOH duties, phone repair, tablet repair = $18/hourly
(Main FOH (sales) can stay at tier 1 if they chose to tiers 2 - 4 is optional if commission is your interest)
Tier 2 - Tech learns how to work on PCs, laptops, consoles (hardware and software) = $19/hourly
Tier 3 - Tech learns basic soldering skills = $20/hourly
Tier 4 - Advanced soldering and motherboard work = $21+/hourly
We welcome all who have no experience and hope to get techs to Tier 4. You just need to show us. All training and equipment is provided.
Benefits & compensation:
- We offer competitive pay hourly pay depending on experience.
- Commissions for sales of accessories and device protection products. Motivated individuals can easily make $300+ extra weekly in commission compensation.
- $5 per accessory sold, $10 per cleaning service, $10 per upsell, and 15-10 per subscription enrollment.

Responsibilities:
- Check in customer devices, sell personalized product solutions, and accessory sales.
- Complete technical and non-technical training including device certifications and sales training courses.
- Repair phone and tablets
- Deliver world-class customer service
- Demonstrate uBreakiFix’s Core Values in all interactions
- Exceed customers service exceptions on a daily basis
- Meet or Exceed KPI Metrics for performance on sales.
- Complete administrative work (Follow up customer leads, organizing accessories, and keeping the store front clean.
Customer service/Sales Representative requirements:
- Some knowledge in repair, sales, and customer service is good but not required. We will train the right candidate who is hungry and looking for new opportunity.
- Be able to pass a drug, background, and driving screen
- One or more years of customer service/retail sales experience preferred
- Experience in up-selling and educating customers on products
- Knowledge of the latest technology including and not limited to mobile devices, TVs, laptops, operating systems and other general electronics
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule
- Strong work ethic
- Understands pay is earned not given
