This includes hardware and software troubleshooting as well as recording, tracking and following up on the status of assigned IT support ticket. The position entails explaining technical issues in non-technical terms, assisting customers with overcoming their computer challenges and providing best in class service and support. This position is also expected to help identify improvement opportunities for service and to participate in team efforts to optimize service improve
