Raymond Building Supply, a Division of USLBM, is seeking Lumber Yard Laborer both experienced or entry level in North Fort Myers, FL

Raymond Building Supply, a division of U.S. LBM, one of the largest specialty building materials distributors in the United States operating a network of leading specialty building material distributors across the county with operating locations in 29 states. Raymond Building Supply operates multiple locations in Lee, Collier, Sarasota, Polk, Broward and Hillsborough counties in South Florida. Raymond provides a wide range of building material products to residential and commercial customers.

Wage: $16-18/hour based on experience paid on a weekly basis

How you will spend your days as a Yard Warehouse Associate:

• Pull lumber materials from racks, units or other storage areas to prepare for pick up or shipping
• Organize material in a manner to best ensure it arrives safe and undamaged
• Band material to assure safe handling (forklift) and delivery
• Remove defective and/or damaged lumber from racks for cut-back
• Assist customer with loading of lumber or other building material as needed
• Maintain good working relationship with customers, fellow employees, and management
• Maintain the appearance of the yard and racks in an orderly and clean manner focusing on his area
• Unload/load heavy material on a daily basis all in a safe manner

What We Look For:

• Warehouse or yard experience
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 100lbs and work in all weather conditions including indoor and outdoor
• Ability to work as a team and have a great work ethic
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
