Job description
Great paying manufacturing positions available in Detroit Lakes! Doherty Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a world class manufacturer in Detroit Lakes, MN, is currently interviewing for full-time & part-time Machine Operators on 1st & 2nd shifts. Work Monday through Thursday from 5:45am-4:15pm (1st shift), 7:45pm-6:15am (2nd shift), or 4:00pm-8:00pm, Monday-Friday (part-time). Compensation is $17.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on shift.
Die Casting Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe work for self and others
- Run manual machine or hand tools
- Basic computer knowledge, ability to make appropriate changes to the machine to maintain quality parts
- Inspect parts and be able to recognize defects and non-conformities
- Complete reports and all necessary paper work for the job
Die Casting Machine Operator Requirements:
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to stand for full shift, with breaks
- Must be able to read measuring instruments
- Ability to follow directions #findajob
