Marcel’s Service Assistant is not only enthusiastic about the best steaks money can buy, but also offering one-of-a-kind, exceptional service. He/she diligently supports the service team while taking cues from guests’ demeanor as to their level of satisfaction and happiness. The Server Assistant is able to work calmly and effectively under pressure while performing the steps of service in a timely and professional manner. Relevant restaurant experience required.
