Job Summary
The NetSuite Administrator is responsible for management of NetSuite and the integration of various systems to enable operational continuity inclusive of all functions: Customer management, Sales, Order processing, Procurement, Operations, Delivery and Logistics, Warehouse management and Finance. Their day-to-day duties involve configuring and maintaining the various software’s so our company can maximize its workflow and achieve its strategic and business goals.

- Work directly with senior leadership to develop and support organizational strategic goals.
- Create, design, integrate, and maintain high-performing NetSuite reports, saved searches, KPIs, dashboards, scripts, workflows, and custom records to meet evolving business needs that can be tailored to departmental requirements.
- Manage day-to-day functional operations and support cross-functional teams within the NetSuite environment
- Propose solutions architecture and integrations between NetSuite and other third-party business applications
- Liaison for customer for enhancement implementations and ongoing production enhancements/improvements.
- Oversee EDI process and execute system changes and enhancements requested by the customer.
- Maintain master data in NetSuite and external documents and maintain user accounts and roles with appropriate permissions and levels of access
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customizations, and integrations
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the NetSuite platform
Job Skills
- Self-starter and self-disciplined in accomplishing tasks
- Ability to transform end-user needs/functional requirement into technical requirements and build out unique solutions
- Thorough understanding of data management and administration of NetSuite
- Knowledge of business processes, operations and manufacturing processes and supply chain
- Can demonstrate understanding of financial and accounting concepts, such as general ledger functions, month/year end close process, chart of account considerations, etc.
- Can provide NetSuite support and user training across departments
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced judgement and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to follow OSHA requirements and company safety policies

Required/Preferred Education and Experience
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science
Required Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in NetSuite
Preferred Certifications: NetSuite Suite Foundation/Administrator, NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer II, NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
Preferred Experience: Web Technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Web Services, NetSuite CRM and eCommerce

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and scanners.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time hybrid position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and includes an unpaid lunch break of at least thirty (30) minutes.
Travel
Occasional travel during the work day may be required between facility locations, approximately 1 mile apart.
