
Operations Analyst Fort Worth, TX
Job description
Trinity Parts & Components is searching for a talented leader to fill the open position of Operations Analyst in Fort Worth, Texas!
In this role, the operations analyst will be responsible for ensuring optimal processes are executed throughout the P&C business unit by supporting any reporting, developing and monitoring scorecards, ad hoc analysis needs, ERP/CRM/WMS analysis and process improvement.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and conduct reports, manage meetings, and support P&C sales admin, pricing, and operations’ teams business process
- Responsible for developing standardized and custom reports from ERP, CRM, and WMS
- Utilize Qlik, Excel & SQL for data needs
- Perform distribution center analysis and help build out new DC scorecard
- Liaise with data & analytics team for enterprise-wide data strategies
- Support new pricing strategy with building out processes and pricing models
- Support sales admin and operations with any ad hoc analysis they may require
- Develop tools aimed at improving distribution and sales efficiencies
- Support transportation and inventory optimization strategy
- Learn ERP (LX) from a business process perspective
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or related work experience in a operations environment
- 5 years’ related experience
- Strong initiative
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as database tools (Oracle, SharePoint, and Salesforce, etc.)
- SQL and Tableau/Qlik (or equivalent) skills and experience a must
- Interpersonal, Organization & time management skills
