Positions Summary For RN MDS:

Coordinates the completion of Minimum Data Sets (MDS) and associated processes in the development of the individualized plan of care and the maximum reimbursement for each resident. Chairs care plan meetings. Responsible for submission of case mix data.

Job Requirements

• Must have MDS 3.0 experience in an MDS department.
• Must be knowledgeable of long-term care nursing and medical practices
• Must have excellent customer service skills and a teamwork attitude.
• Must be a state-licensed RN.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to multitask and oversee functions at the facility on a daily basis.
• Must be able to work independently and make decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Basic computer literacy and skills

Qualifications:

Must be an RN licensed in RI

Minimum of 2 years of LTC experience

Must work in the facility. This is not a remote position.

Pay: From $45.00 per hour

• MDS: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• RN (Preferred)
• RI RN (Required)

Work Location: In person
