Job description
*Wage BOE*
Inspect workplace, clear obstructions, prepare materials and equipment to work safely
Study blueprints and plan pipe system and related equipment for installation
Use a variety of tools to modify pipes to specifications
Measure and mark pipes for cutting, threading, and welding
Secure pipes to walls and fixtures with brackets, clamps, and welding equipment when appropriate
Complete material requisition sheets to order materials such as pipes, hangars, brackets, etc.
Repair and maintain pipe systems, supports, and related equipment
Comply with relevant codes and regulatory standards
A welding test will be required: 6G pipe test and a oxy-fuel cutting demo.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.72 - $25.02 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Worland, WY 82401: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Welding: 3 years (Preferred)
