Our team is currently looking for a Network Program/Project Manager for a client in the IT Industry.
DESCRIPTION
- As a member of the project management team, the candidate will be responsible for coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and scope. Candidate will oversee all aspects of projects including managing deadlines, assigning tasks, and monitor and summarize progress of project.
- work directly with engineering teams and customers to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of project.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Meet with customers to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Use and continually develop leadership skills.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Candidate must have 10 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. This equates to a Doctorate and 3 years of experience OR Master’s and 4 years, Bachelors and 6 years, Associates and 8 years or HS and 10 years.
Required Clearance: Active TS/SCI, with CI Poly.
Desired Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (network connectivity, switches, routers) is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $160,000.00 - $188,000.00 per year
