We are currently seeking the right person who has a passion for hospitality to join our team as Pub Supervisor

As the Pub Supervisor, you will have the chance each day to positively impact lives by ensuring that every Touchmark resident and guest has an exceptional experience, every time. You will have the opportunity to ensure all guests experience in our Bistro meets and exceeds the Touchmark Gold Standard.

This role will work closely with the back of the house and dining team to ensure that all of our resident’s needs and preferences are being met. The ideal candidate for this position will:

• Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have at least one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting, experience in senior living is a plus
• Have inventory and ordering experience
• Be willing to work occasional weekends, holidays, and special events
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
• Be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and stay on your feet for long periods of time
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
