Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. As a Registered Nurse in Home Health, you will play a crucial role in providing quality healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
- Administer medications, wound care, and IV therapy
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records using a Windows-based EMR system (EPIC experience is a plus)
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Ohio or Compact License
- BLS (AHA)
- Previous experience in Home Health preferred
- Proficiency in working with a Windows-based EMR system (EPIC experience is a plus)
- Strong clinical skills, including wound care, IV therapy, and cardiac care
- COVID-19 vaccination is required as per facility guidelines. Medical and religious exemptions are the only exceptions.
