• Be the driving force behind maintaining our exceptional food and beverage preparation standards throughout your shift.
• Inspire and motivate the team by effectively communicating shift priorities, goals, and celebrating their achievements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing timely and constructive feedback to team members, fueling their growth and development.
• Play an active role in training initiatives, helping to enhance the performance and skill set of the entire team.
• Safeguard the safety, security, and profitability policies that drive our success during your shift.
• Ensure a seamless transition to the next Shift Leader by maintaining open and clear communication.
• Uphold and enforce strict adherence to Food Safety standards, creating an environment where guest safety is paramount.
• Master the art of inventory management, optimizing availability and minimizing waste, setting the stage for operational excellence.
• Lead by example in providing exceptional guest service and ignite a passion for excellence within your team.
• Show off your organizational skills by crafting well-balanced shift schedules that accommodate team members' growth and operational needs.
• Take charge of cash management, ensuring compliance and accuracy, while guiding and supporting your team members.

Education/Experience:

• Embrace technology with basic computer skills, using them as a catalyst to enhance your performance.
• Flaunt your fluency in spoken and written English, as clear communication is key.
