Habitat for Humanity of Collier County is searching for a ReStore Procurement Manager. This position is responsible for the effective and professional operation of the Habitat ReStore merchandise donation process. This includes updating current standard operating process and procedures while working collaboratively with Habitat for Humanity Collier County staff, volunteers, and donors. The position includes direct supervisory responsibilities for the ReStore Logistics Coordinator and ReStore Donation Drivers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Communication
- Understand and promote Habitat’s Mission and Vision
- Professionally represent Habitat for Humanity while communicating with donors to build ongoing ReStore donor relationships
- Coordinates with ReStore Director to visit/call on potential business donors in Collier County and support the growth and development of the donation supply chain
- Conduct donation visits to determine if aligned with ReStore goals and objectives
- Respond to emails and phone calls within established level of service to support superior customer service that ensures a positive donor experience
- Builds rapport with management, co-workers, customers, donors, and volunteers
- Evaluates and updates ReStore Donation marketing materials in collaboration with ReStore Management
Operations
- Establish, update, and maintain standard process and procedures for the entire ReStore donation cycle that are efficient, cost-effective, and simple for donors to use
- Work collaboratively with ReStore Management team regarding upcoming donations to support workload forecast and planning
- Support ReStore Donation Drivers with resolving issues related to transportation, logistics and customers/donors
- Act as Logistics Coordinator back-up during busy season
- Oversee truck maintenance program and coordinate with drivers to execute in a timely manner
- Supports compliance with all applicable laws, loss prevention policies, operating procedures, and controls
- Establishes business relationships with services that can assist with kitchen deconstruction projects as needed
- Manages donation inventory stored off-site
Business Analysis and Reporting
- Develop ReStore Donation goals to support annual sales plan and report progress quarterly to the ReStore Director and ReStore Store Managers
- Develops and maintains a database of ongoing donor relationships and implements a bi-annual recognition program
- Develops and executes customer and donor satisfaction surveys on a quarterly basis, reports results including recommendations based on results to ReStore Director and Restore Store Manager
- Monitor monthly ReStore sales to support current donation needs
Supervisory
- Daily management of 2-3 ReStore Donation Drivers and a Logistics Coordinator
- Provide on-going training and development of direct reports
- Complete annual review cycle
- Provide positive coaching for staff throughout the year
- Ensure a positive teamwork environment
- Coordinates with ReStore Managers to develop, update and execute staff and volunteer safety training twice a year
- Assist with Retail Store Operations as needed
- Attend all team and management meetings
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Supervisory experience minimum of 5 years is required
- Experience in customer service is required
- Experience in a professional business environment for a minimum of 8 years
- Logistics and scheduling experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: positive, respectful and customer service oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results and deadline-oriented with effective follow through skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work with on-line tools, and applications to support the donation life cycle
Additional Requirement(s):
- Work week is 40 hours with occasional overtime, weekends and holiday work as needed and scheduled. *
- Ability to pass a federal background screening, drug test and driving background check

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
