Successful candidate will be responsible for hospital wide operational through-put oversight, and management of staffing and support resources. Effective communication is key to this leadership position, in order to collaborate with staff, patients, families, leaders and physicians to provide world class care to the community. We are seeking an individual that values all people at Kaweah Health, by being sensitive to their spiritual, social and cultural needs.
- Requires CA RN license, BSN preferred; BLS, expert in clinical skills in a hospital setting, critical thinking, and strong problem solving skills. Experience in an entry level leadership position is a plus, i.e., charge nurse, team lead, etc. This is a great opportunity to grow your career with a Top 100 Hospital.
