You support our team as
Senior Quality Administrator

Responsibilities

• Administrator for VC Global, North America and divisional sites Operations and Quality System Sharepoint sites.
• Document Control Coordinator for all South Haven and region NA controlled documents, including procedure review.
• Manage/close all IT tickets including application development for Global Management Database. Acts as Administrator for all global and regional task templates.
• Participate as IATF 16949 auditor in NA Quality organization.
• Coordinate all administrative activities within the regional quality organization.
• Provide support for Global & North America projects as they arise.
• Active role in training of other departments in Quality related requirements and applications.
• Maintain confidentiality with information.

Qualifications

• Individual must have at least two-year associate clerical or equivalent work experience.
• Must be experienced in Windows environment and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be experienced in Microsoft SharePoint Portals.
• Must be organized, creative and able to work with little supervision.
