Job description
Major/Essential Functions
General office duties such as:
ordering tanks and administrative supplies
scan in and receive package deliveries
coordinate work orders for minor lab renovations
complete and submit purchasing card reports
Assist other administrative employees with projects as needed
Required Qualifications
A Texas Tech University undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in at least 6 hours employed to perform work which does not require academic training at the graduate level.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of professional office processes and procedures.
Ability to clearly communicate orally and in writing
Experience in business or related field
Attention to detail

Pay Statement
