As a Healthcare Customer Service Agent for Foundever, you will provide support to customers right from the safety, comfort, and convenience of your own home. You'll shine as a Customer Service Representative assisting customers for a variety of clients with inbound calls only-no cold calling.

Core Responsibilities:

Navigation skills (the ability to speak on the phone while using a computer)
Logic and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
Customer service experience preferred, but not required
Experience in the financial services, healthcare or technology industries preferred, but not required
