Wireless Internet Installer/Tower Technician
Anthem Broadband is the leading provider of wireless internet services, providing coverage to Southern Idaho and the surrounding areas of West Yellowstone, MT and Ontario, OR. We are currently seeking candidates that will be working in a hybrid position between Wireless Installation and Tower Technician.
The primary requirements of the position will include installing services at customers’ homes, including attached radio antennas to the roof or pole, pulling and connecting cables, and troubleshooting internet connectivity issues. You will also be helping with maintenance and troubleshooting of current towers as well as construction of new service towers as needed.
Additional Information:

- Continual training is provided on the job.
- Experience in Wireless Internet, Satellite or Cable TV installation is a preferred but not required.
- Basic construction experience required.
- We provide a take home vehicle for installation position, primary tools, laptop, phone, daily uniform, etc.
- This is an employed position, not contract work.
- This is a full-time position with some overtime.

Requirements:
- Comfortable with heights and ability to climb 300+ feet.
- Attention to Safety.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- This job requires getting on and off rooftops using ladders and climbing towers, grain silos and other structures.
· Travel to tower sites around Magic Valley
· Motivated to Learn climbing, lifting, rigging, trailer hitching/towing.
· Have at least basic experience working on a construction or tower site.
· Experience with basic and powered hand tools is preferred.
· Must be motivated with ability to stay focused without direct supervision.
· Must have own transportation to work vehicle for Tower projects.
· Must be at least 18 years old.
· Must NOT have a fear of heights.
· Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
· Experience with wireless infrastructure and equipment is desired, but not mandatory.
- Good mechanical aptitude.

- Good communication skills.
- You will be working with customers at their homes.
- Must have current Driver’s License
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour with commission opportunities.
